IF YOU WANT TO ADD A BIT MORE FLAVOR TO OUR DELICIOUS BEANS, HERE ARE TWO GREAT WAYS. THIS IS THE NATURAL WAY TO ADD FLAVOR WITHOUT USING A " POLY " CRAP CHEMICAL.

HAZELNUT FLAVOR EASY PESSEY , ADD WHOLE ROASTED HAZELNUTS TO YOUR GRINDER START WITH A RATIO OF 75% OF OUR FRESH ROASTED BEANS  TO 25% HAZELNUTS. GRIND TO MEDIUM. ALWAYS USE A FRENCH PRESS. POUR HOT WATER TO 1/3 STIR VIGOROUSLY WAIT 30 SECONDS AND FILL BEAKER, THEN LET STAND FOR 3-4 MINUTES. PRESS THE PLUNGER & ENJOY.

START WITH OUR FRESH GREEN BEANS.  ADD A COUPLE OF FRESH VANILLA BEANS TO THE YOUR ROASTING MACHINE WHEN YOU ADD OUR BEANS. ROAST TO MEDIUM, & THEN GRIND TO MEDIUM. I ALWAYS USE MY FRENCH PRESS - FOR MY FRENCH VANILLA ROAST "n'est-ce pas?"
